Welcome teachers. This book contains all the information you will need to teach English on English Tap. You may choose activities from the suggestions and media here.

Teaching on EnglishTap

Here is a check list of skills that you need:

  1. A level of English high enough to pass a teachers test here.
  2. Knowledge of the buttons and controls in the Chat room
  3. Knowledge of the library resources and how to post pages from books into the chatroom.
  4. A basic knowledge of the moodle work area with a little CMS (Content management system) knowledge, using our moodle LMS (Learning management system)
  5. An ability to produce basic learning materials, such as exercises for students to do in a class.
  6. Teaching ability. You must schedule and complete a short series of free lessons in the school hall.
