Some people say that we should not study grammar. They really mean that it is much better to acquire good grammar through practice. Speak English every day and your grammar will improve, they say. This COULD be true. but much depends on the quality of your practice.
This course will get you speaking about grammar in a productive way. We know that some grammar knowledge is acquired and some is a more academic in nature. Over time, and with plenty of practice, we endeavour to push more of our grammar academic grammar knowledge into our acquired grammar knowledge. The crush test comes when we test ourselves with Just-a-minute. In this activity we have to speak rather fluently and without hesitation.
